I wonder how influential certain people are in our lives that they can change our mood just like that. It is great to have a person like Balaman as my Balaman. He is philosophical, experienced and a person with a very good sense of humour. He is one hell heaven of a person.
I had a bad day yesterday and was in a very bad mood. As we all do, I tried to deviate my thoughts and was playing ‘Snake’ in my mobile. All of a sudden this idea of calling Balaman struck me. It is amazing that with a ten minutes conversation he made me as happy as I always am. Balaman, you rocks!
In the conversation with him one thing which I noticed is that he makes wonderful sentences. For instance, “It is not a mistake to make a mistake but it is a mistake to repeat a mistake” (from yesterday’s call), most of us know this but still, isn’t that a beautiful way to express the idea? As with the case of pictures, I think a well said sentence is also worth thousand words.
Maybe, I should also try to develop this technique and start writing blog articles in single sentences.
PS: Sorry for the abrupt ending but I don’t know what more to write! :O
A good post.
One liner posts! Hmmm.. Only girls can do that.
(most of the one liners are girls)
Thanks…
Really? Anyways, it is an awesome skill to be mastered…
Yes, some people can make us wonder and thoughtful by their simple statements.
In my opinion girls generally talk a lot compared to boys. This is applicable for writing also. Lack of words and time can also be reasons for being a one liner
Hmm… KISS principle
@ Sandeep
So, you mean boys are oneliners??
Lack of words… hmm.. I think the other way..
Oneliners are usually very good with words that they express their idea with minimum words as possible.
@ Priya
the last ‘S’ expands to ‘stupid’ or ‘sweet’ ?? (:P usually, we use both, according to the situation).. this should be ‘Sweet’, I guess..
It’s not ‘sweet’..it should be ‘short’.. I think ‘short’ is more apt here.
Keep it simple, short
