Bike Rally

This is my 10 week training log for NTU bike rally 2014. The aim is to finish 138 km on 9 March 2014. I do bicycle 4 km (one way) to campus regularly. However, jumping from 4 to 138 can’t be done in a day. My idea, as of now, is to train twice a week and comfortably cycle 80 km, before the D-day.

Weak 1:

Tuesday, 24 Dec: 16.6 km

Friday, 27 Dec :    30.2 km

Weak 2:

Wednesady, 1 Jan: 40.1 km

Saturday, 4 Jan:      8.0 km

Weak 3:

Wednesday, 8 Jan: 22 km

Saturday, 11 Jan  : 42.17 km

Week 4:

Wednesday, 15 Jan: 24 km

Saturday, 18 Jan: 48 km

Week 5:

Monday, 20 Jan: 34 km

Week 6:

Thursday, 30 Jan: 21 km

Week 7:

Thursday,6 Feb: 24 km
