This is my 10 week training log for NTU bike rally 2014. The aim is to finish 138 km on 9 March 2014. I do bicycle 4 km (one way) to campus regularly. However, jumping from 4 to 138 can’t be done in a day. My idea, as of now, is to train twice a week and comfortably cycle 80 km, before the D-day.
